Korean Air price fixing
In this class action the plaintiffs allege that Korean Air Lines Co., Ltd. ("Korean Air") conspired and agreed with another trans-Pacific airline to fix, increase, maintain or stabilize the price for passenger airfares on flights between Canada and Korea during the period January 1, 2000 and July 31, 2006, thereby lessening competition in Canada.
The action is on behalf of all persons in Canada who purchased an airline ticket from Korean Air in the period January 1, 2000 and July 31, 2006.
The law firms of Sutts, Strosberg LLP, Siskinds LLP, Harrison Pensa LLP and Hotz Lawyers are counsel in the action commenced in London, Ontario on January 25, 2008.
